The mortgage industry has been in a constant state of change over the last 18+ months, some days it can get even stranger. I’m hoping to help those of you who are interested in purchasing, refinancing, or moving up to gain some firmer footing in understanding these changes, even the weird ones. And I must say there has been some weird changes. Some have been for the good and some are reactions which have resulted in bills from the government that just don’t make sense.
